  • What The Hell Was That?!

AWDY is by far the corniest movie I have ever seen. There is no plot,
the jokes are not funny, the scripts are dull and the acting is
brainless. I mean, come on, "retarded" is not a strong enough word to
describe the tripe and do its justice but that the film was way beyond
retarded. It is not at all capable of being enjoyed.Nick is just a vein loser. Chuck is a psychopathic moron
    real-estate-guy/contractor/baby-whisperer/city inspector/mid-wife who
sold Nick a piece-of-trash house and he knew that there were problems.
Suzanne is the unsupportive and annoying housewife who bonds with her
contractor than her husband. The kids were unruly obnoxious rude
disrespectful sassy spoilt brats. Another reason why I detest this show
is because the kids' misbehaviours go unpunished and undealt with. If I
were their father I'd really teach them a lesson or two. Another reason
why this show spells "trash" is that Chuck Mitchell, Jr., who sold The
Persons the rubbish house, is a juvenile delinquent who destroys the
house and rips it to pieces and that is supposed to be funny?!! GET
REAL! It is a disgrace and most painful! It is simply not funny neither is it worth watching. I can't stand it
anymore. I simply advise EVERYONE to stay away from this tripe. It is
the worst film in decades. It'll hurt your eyes so bad, you'll probably
go blind! Ice Cube is not funny. If you seek real humor then go watch "AATC"(Alvin & The Chipmunks)
instead. It is much funnier than this garbage.big fat -75/10 Grade: ZBOTTOM LINE: Don't bother wasting your time with this garbage called
"AWDY?". It's utterly stupid and unfunny! It is just as bad as "AWTY?".
    It really sucks!

  • Bad movie, not funny

I have seen Are We There Yet? which has a good flow, and was funny,
which did not was, in the whole movie, i laughed ónce, the intro text
was more funny than the whole movie. There where too many stupid characters, and too many comic of falling
ting, which were to predicting. And Chuck? He don't seems to fit in the plot, also there were to many
thing there need to be repaired, and chuck seem to cheater, to be
villain, an crock, but there seem to be no, no at all refunding or
whatever to reestablish fairness. This movie was almost all predictable slapstick jokes, sow was there
annoying laughing by family members, and chuck which makes the whole
movie annoying. This movies should never have been made.

  • Nothing Special, But Decent Enough To Keep Watching

The first one ARE WE THERE YET, wasn't a great movie so I didn't expect
this one to be either.I always like ICE CUBE though, even when he's in a crappy movie (which
he's usually not). The first one was better, it was more of a road-movie which was a
different kind of movie for ICE CUBE, while this one of course is not a
road-movie since it's about moving in to their dream-home.So there aren't to many surprises in the movie, it includes a lot of
scenes where people fall and hurts themselves or gets stuff thrown at
them.I'm not really in to that type of slap-stick comedy so those parts for
the most parts didn't amuse me to much, I liked though how ICE CUBE
played his character often with a sarcastic tone to it and it seems
like he improvised a lot, which was good.JOHN MCGUINLY (from TV's SCRUBS) is at first incredibly annoying BUT he
grows on you and after a while he's a pleasant drop-in in the movie.I didn't like Cube's daughter to much so the scenes where only she was
included of the family was a snoozer, but thankfully those scenes were
very few. TAHJ MAWRY from TV's SISTER SISTER and SMART GUY turns up as
    Cube's daughter's love-interest, and I sure liked him on those TV-shows
but I sure found him annoying in this movie.Anyhow, the best performance of all comes from JACOB VARGAS he's
infinitely hilarious in this movie! The story is very simple and it usually goes for very cheap laughs, but
off and on it goes it's way and delivers but it will never be a Comedy
classic or anything like that.Sometimes you wish that it wasn't a family-comedy so that ICE CUBE can
go straight gully, but of course you can wish as much as you want it's
not gonna happen.5 out of 10 , Nothing Special but Decent Enough To Keep Watching.
